Product
From a bare site
to a buildable sheet.
PLAEON is a planting-design tool, not a drawing program. You set the site and the zones; it does the planting layout and the drafting. Here's how it works, start to finish.

How it works
Three steps, the same as the app.
Draw, Planting, Sheet. A fourth step, Render, is on the way.
Draw
Trace your site boundary or drop in a scaled survey to trace over. Set the scale once, then paint your planting zones and pick a palette of climate-adapted plants for each.
Planting
PLAEON lays out a naturalistic, non-overlapping planting across each zone, instantly. Generate three concepts to compare, reshuffle a layout, or tune diversity until it reads right.
Sheet
Move to the drawing sheet: a title block, planting schedule, section elevation, and the plan drawn to scale. Export a PDF or PNG you can hand a client or a contractor.
Why PLAEON
What makes it different.
Planting that looks designed
A matrix packer places plants as a dense, non-overlapping mosaic, so beds read as intentional drifts, not scattered dots.
Three concepts, side by side
Generate three directions at once and compare them, then keep the one that fits. No more starting from a blank canvas.
Climate-adapted species
Every plant is a real species with a plan symbol, an elevation render, and growing data. Starting in California, expanding region by region.
True scale, built to deliver
Everything is drawn to real-world scale with dimensions and a title block, so the sheet is ready for a client or an installer.
The deliverable
A real drawing sheet.
The Sheet step turns your plan into a document you can hand off: title block, planting schedule, a section elevation, and the plan drawn to scale, all on one page.
- Title block with project and scale
- Planting schedule keyed to the plan
- Section elevation to show heights
- Export to PDF and PNG

The plant library
Design from real plants.
Ninety-three climate-adapted species today and growing, each with a plan symbol, an elevation render, and the data you spec from. Filter by sun, water, and role, then drop any species into a plan.
