PLAEON is a planting-design product operated by Planting Logic Technologies LLC ("PLAEON", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect while you use the PLAEON website and app, and what we do with it.

Contact details you give us, such as the email address you submit to join the waitlist or create a beta account.

Project data you create in the app, such as site boundaries, zones, plant palettes, and the plans you generate.

Usage data, such as which pages and features you use, collected to understand and improve the product. We use privacy-friendly analytics and do not use advertising trackers.

To provide and operate the service, including saving your projects and generating plans.

To improve PLAEON, fix problems, and decide what to build next.

To contact you about the beta, your account, and changes to the service. You can opt out of non-essential messages at any time.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, and privacy-friendly analytics to measure how the product is used. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Your data is hosted with reputable infrastructure providers and protected with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run PLAEON, such as hosting, database, and email providers, and only as needed to operate the service, or when required by law.

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and you can unsubscribe from non-essential email using the link in any message. To make a request, contact hello@plaeon.com.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless we are required to keep it longer.

PLAEON is a professional tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy as the product develops. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
